Hard Swimmin Fish

The Hard Swimmin Fish is one of the best acoustic blues bands I have run across. They are great musicians and put on a great show! If you ever get a chance to stop by and see them I highly suggest it.  I will be shooting some promo images for them on Sunday. I think we have an awesome theme planned.  Hopefully the weather holds out!

We ran across this in front of a antique store. It was cute but the ivy is what made the shot.

This guy is a master of the “Glass Harp”. He plays everything from pop songs to the masters like Beethoven. He has been on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and a few other shows. He really is a must see if yo go to Alexandria. People have recorded him on video, if you want to hear it search “glass harp” on youtube.

Just playing around with some long exposures while waiting for the King Street Trolley in Alexandria. I actually set the camera in the street and propped it up with a small rock so the building would be in th frame. Waited for the light to change, and tripped the shutter.

This looks nothing like the opening of The Lost Boys. But it reminded me of it when I was editing it. I had the opening song stuck in my head the rest of the day.

Julianne and Kirsten making friends at the beach. They met these two on the Pier. They seem friendly enough. But I think I should keep an eye on them just in case. It just a gut feeling.
