This picture is actually about a year old. This is the King Neptune statue in Virginia Beach. I took it during the ’08 ”Neptune Festival” It was mid evening…the sun was down but this deep blue color was still in the sky. The contrasting colors was great, and the shot begged to be taken. And with the extra lights for the festival along the boardwalk, Neptune was lit perfectly.
